Preparation
Selection of bunches. Destemming. Skin contact maceration at low temperature for 6 days. Pressed and kept into 500 l French oak barrels with its lees for 2 months making battonagge. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in barrels. Wine rounds in bottle.
