Coto de Gomariz 2008

Coto de Gomariz is a white Ribeiro with a traditional blending of Galician autochthonous varieties, where Treixadura is the most important one. Coto de Gomariz is the bastion wine of this avant-garde winery where they try to give personality to their wines by preserving the soil minerals.

Preparation
Grape selection at the vineyards. Hand grape picking in 18k boxes and selection table. Static destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Tank storage until May and later storage in the bottle for at least another month before it is launched to the market.
