   Gomariz X 2008
The grapes for the elaboration of Gomariz X proceed from the vineyard of Penelas. Penelas is a very particular vineyard because of its 40-45% steepness, schistose soil and South West orientated. The production per plant is limited to 0.7-0.8k per plant in every harvest. This way they obtained 3.000 bottles per hectare in 2008. The Penela is isolated from the rest of vineyards, what allows an ecological and respectful control of its soil and biodiversity. Here Albariño is the protagonist variety. Its aromas are intense, complex and of a great structure.

Preparation
Hand grape picking is done according to ideal levels of previous and quercetin ripening. The best bunches are previously selected in the vineyard and brought in 18k boxes to the selection table. Fermentation is done at very low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, where wine is left to blend until April and for at least another moth in the bottle.
