Clean bright golden yellow coloured and of glyceric consistency.

Medium intensity aromas (It is advisable to open and oxygenate the bottle at least half an hour before serving) of different varieties. Deep aromas of hey and small stone fruits.

Excellent after taste, glyceric and unctuous to the mouth. Perfect balance between its 13.5º and integrated acidity. Its hey and small fruit touch harmonize with the tertiary aromas proper of its evolution, combined with ashes and minerals.

Casal de Armán Lías has a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Treixadura from old vines. Little proportion of other grape varieties like Albariño and Godello
Preparation
Harvested in the last week of September. Hand grape picking in small plastic boxes. Once in the cellar, grapes undergo a process of low temperatures maceration. Later, before pressing, , the grapes are selected again (still with their stems) and left to macerate for 20 days at a temperature of 16ºC. After pressing, the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks for 80 days, where it is goes through a daily battonnage of its finest “lies”. It is left to blend for 10 months and finally bottled. Bottles are left to rest for a minimum of 8 months before they are launched to the market.
